Since July 2022, this journal has charged the following author fees.

ARTICLE SUBMISSION:

0.00 (IDR) Authors ARE NOT REQUIRED to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process. This part of APC or Article Processing Charge is Free.

ARTICLE PUBLICATION:

Article Publishing Charges (APCs): USD 30 (for Foreign authors) 
All articles published in Fenomena are in full open access. To keep providing free access to readers and to cover the costs of typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management, an article processing charge (APC) and proofreading charge of USD 30 (for Foreign authors) & IDR 350.000 (for Indonesian authors) apply to papers accepted after peer review.

 Publication Fee Waivers

Researchers can apply for waivers or exemptions for publishing costs by explaining rational and acceptable reasons.

APC is free if the authors are from at least 2 different continents or different countries.
